Terms and Conditions Welcome to Chloe’s Little Dreamers Face Art. By booking our services or browsing this site, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Booking & Payment: A booking is confirmed once a time and date are agreed upon. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice given.

 

3. Health & Safety: Only high-quality, skin-safe face paints are used. Children must have clean, dry skin before painting. We reserve the right not to paint children with rashes, cuts, or illnesses for hygiene reasons. Please view the 'How to remove face Paint without tears and soap' document to the right.

 

4. Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult during face painting.

 

5. Use of Images: With permission, photos taken at events may be used on our social media or website. Let us know if you prefer not to have photos shared. Please fill in a photo consent form by clicking here --> 

 

6. Liability: Chloe’s Little Dreamers Face Art is not responsible for allergic reactions or any issues that may occur after the event. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before painting begins.

 

7.Changes to Terms: These terms may be updated as needed. By using this site or booking services, you agree to the latest version of these terms.

I hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching licence (VIT) which includes a current working with children's check.
